The Heritage & Cultural sub-committee with the following aims:

1. Protect, preserve and make available for members all the physical heritage items in the Club and obtain new items for the Club.

2. Make recommendations to the Committee on how best to use the Club premises and resources to facilitate, promote and assist Irish Cultural and Heritage activities.

The sub-committee's role will be co-ordination and assistance and to provide an expert conduit to the Committee of Management. It is not intended that the sub-committee directly run anything except matters regarding the physical heritage assets (library, paintings, furniture etc) of the Club.

All members with an interest in Heritage & Cultural issues, particularly those representing an activity already taking place, are urged to attend to get this very important aspect of Club life under way.

Meeting are held on the 2nd Thursday every month at 7 pm
