AGM Proxy

There are two easy ways to have your say by filling out an online proxy form.

1. If you would like to make your own selections in advance, you can simply fill out the Directed Proxy Form.

2. OR If you would like another member to vote on your behalf you can instead fill out the Undirected Proxy Form. To support the Committee recommendations you can use this form and give your voting powers to the Secretary, Michael Cooney. NOTE: You cannot give an undirected proxy to the Chair of the meeting (the President).

To have your vote count, you must complete your proxy form no later than 9:30am on Thursday 27th November 2025.
